Our Story

We didn't build this business from a business plan. We built it from experience. Administering trusts for people we loved, watching what it asked of families, and knowing there had to be a better way.

Carmen and Risa each bring 25 years of experience working with people through some of the most consequential moments of their lives. Major financial decisions, complex transactions, and high-stakes events where the details matter and the emotions run high. But what prepared them most was doing this work themselves, and understanding exactly what it asks of a person.
